I have decided to give it a test. First you have to be accepted by Google before they will allow you to use their system. You also have to agree to their terms. I can't click on ads within my site and I can't ask anyone else to do so either. I am restricted in a couple other ways as well; can't have pop ups, or other ads on any pages using their ads. This gives you the idea of some of the restrictions and you can more than likely see why they would be expected. 

After getting approval and agreeing to the terms the rest of the process seems pretty easy. I will now see if it actually pays off for me; sometimes small things can lead to larger benefits. All I've got to lose is a little time and effort.
